30-day returns

If your robe isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email apexrobes123@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
